What's This? [open]

No, seriously? What is this cold, white flakes falling from the sky. Light, pale lavander eyes stared up at the gray, cloud-covered sky. He flinched slightly when a flake of frozen water fluttered onto his nose. Two--no-three questions swam around in his mind. No, wait, make that four. One: Where was he? Two: What are the white flakes falling form the sky called? Three: Where was everyone? (The streets didn't have a single living being on them.) And, four: What does a chimera have to do in order to get some food around here?! The boy sighed, his breath instantly freezing into a small cloud of steam. Wait, what was that? His silver-blue wolf ears perked up at a small sound of snow crunching. A low, somewhat-barely-audiable growl rumbled in his throat; however, it vanished once he saw what was making the noise. It was a dog. A stray dog, at that. The boy gave a little smile, whistling slightly. The snow-white dog instantly heard him, sniffed the air, quickly glanced at him, before charging full-speed at the inu-jin-chimera. Garou didn't budge. Instead, he crouched down, his long, fluffy silver-blue tail sweeping at the snow below him. The dog tackles him, pinning him down as it covered his face in wet, slobbery kisses. Dogs seemed to like him better than cats and other humans, but that was to be expected. He was part wolf/dog/Okuri-Inu, after all. Garou giggled (yes, giggled) a bit, petting the dog.

The older man sighed, his breath turning into fog as he did so. "I doubt it would stay for long. How about we find a--" Char paused as a stray dog bolted past them. "I love dogs!" The alchemist gave chase after the dog, dragging the shorter girl along since he had the leash in his hand. The colonel skidded to a halt at the turn of a corner. "Will you look at that..." The man's attention was focused on the sight infront of them. There was a young boy and the dog. From their point of view, it looks as though the dog was attacking the boy. But it wasn't. What really caught his attention was the canine-like ears and the fluffy, wolf-like tail. "You see those, too, right, Silent-chibi?" The colonel pointed to the boy's head.

And Okuri kept being slobbered on by the dog, not knowing that he was being watched.

The boy's silver ears twitched at the sound of protests. The dog seemed to have heard them, too, for he had stopped slobbering and was now standing infront of the chimera, snow-white fur prickling. Garou wiped off the slobber with his jacket and stood up, dusting off some of the snow. "Who's there?" He called, a low growl rumbling in his throat, along with the dog's growl.

Char placed his hands on his hips. Where had he seen those before? There was that one state alchemist, though that kid had cat ears and a cat tail, instead of wolf ears and tail. Were they related? Naw, they couldn't be. Cats and dogs can't come from the same parents. Unless those creepy scientists found a way for it to happen... Well, the kid before them was a Chimera, and that was that. Kill it? Hurr... That would be the most reasonable answer, but why was this Chimera more human-like than the others? Plus, it was able to stay alive and speak. Heck, the kid looked as if he were born with those. He might have... The colonel sighed, glancing over to Cheryl. "Should we kill it? The kid is a Chimera, after all, and it seems feral." Why was he asking? He could just do it right then and there! Then again, they never killed that one Chimera alchemist who joined the military. Oh, what has the world come to.
